Beth Academy
Carla has BA degrees in Elementary Education and Corporate Communications from Lindenwood University Carla has BA degrees in Elementary Education and Corporate Communications from Lindenwood University and has a teaching certificate in Elementary Education from the state of Missouri. In addition to substitute teaching in the Francis Howell and Fort Zumwalt school districts, she has owned her own business (Kinderdance®) teaching dance in over 30 preschools throughout St. Charles and St. Louis counties. This experience at teaching in so many different preschools has provided Carla with a unique perspective and understanding of the “do’s and don’ts” for successfully running a preschool. She has developed an outstanding reputation for her knowledge, skill, and love for working with young children. She is very excited about this opportunity to bring her love and passion for working with young children to her own Childcare Center and Preschool.

Dave has a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas. He spent 21 years as the VP of Engineering for Emerson Tool Company, a division of Emerson Electric Company. His business management and technical expertise were instrumental in the creation of Beth Academy. Dave shares Carla’s love for children and the desire to help as many children as possible get off to the right start in life.




Beth Academy
Beth Academy Emily has been certified as a Director by the state of Missouri Division of Childcare Licensing and she has over 12 years of experience working in the early childcare field. Emily has taught children of all ages and was Director of a childcare center for 6 years. She is active in the community as a Cub Scout Den leader and Cub Scout Pack Advancement Chair. In addition, she volunteers for various community events. Emily has a unique passion for providing children and their families the very best in quality care and education. Emily's love for children and extensive experience add depth and quality to the Beth Academy staff.
